Update on ‘Pose’ Recaps/Reviews

Hey, y’all.

I know what y’all are thinking, “What’s going on with the Pose recaps and reviews you promised us? We’re already on episode five, and you only covered the first two!” I know, I’m super late…more so than usual. The reason for me being even later with the reviews/recaps than I normally am is because there’s serious things going on in my personal life at the moment that demand my immediate attention. Don’t get me wrong, my blog and my writing are extremely important to me, but there’s other important people and issues that I have to give the majority of my focus to right now.

With that being said, I’m still working on the recaps/reviews, I’m just EXTREMELY behind with them. I’m usually late with my blog posts because I’m a perfectionist, and I try to provide y’all with the best research, text, and graphics that I can provide. The Pose recaps/reviews are no exception, and ever since I decided to include screencaps with my TV show recaps/reviews, it takes even longer to publish them, seeing as I have to take the pictures and make sure they’re formatted correctly. I don’t mind that so much (I just wish the process was faster), because I want my posts to be memorable and enjoyable. However, all that combined with the fact that I’m going through some things in my life at the moment, it’s causing me to be backlogged. The posts will still be published, they just won’t be published in tandem with the episode that aired for the week, unfortunately.

I had every intention of catching up with the current episode, and I’m so sorry that I haven’t done that. At the moment, I’m about three episodes behind, but again, I will be posting recaps/reviews as promised, albeit late as all hell. Hopefully I can catch up in the near future, but I can’t promise it. Please forgive me if I let anyone down.
